Sweet and Sour Poached Egg

Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Poached Eggs

3 eggs Seasoned Mature vinegar: sugar 1:1
2 tablespoons Seasoned Mature vinegar 2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tsp corn starch
Doli squeezed corn oil green onion, chopped
a little cooked sesame

step 1

Add 2 tablespoons of Seasoned Mature vinegar to a blow.

Add 1 tsp of light soy sauce.


Step 3

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Add four tsp of water.

Add 1 tsp corn starch, mix well and set aside.

Heat a frying pan and pour in an appropriate amount of corn oil.
