Beef Mushroom With Oyster Sauce is a traditional Cantonese dish. The beef is tender and smooth, which is very appetizing and suitable for those who do not eat spicy food.
There is nothing I love more than an easy, delicious, throw together recipe. This Beef Mushroom Stir Fry is loaded with tender steak and mushrooms, all topped with a simple Asian inspired sauce and ready in just 16 minutes. This is one of my favorite stir fry, the beef is like candy and literally melts in your mouth.
The best way to make Beef Mushroom With Oyster Sauce
Display of ingredients. Cut the beef into thin slices against the grain, remove the roots and cut the shiitake mushrooms with a cross knife, slice the ginger and garlic, and cut the chives into sections;
Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the hot pot, turn on medium heat, add ginger slices and sauté after the oil is hot;
Put the washed shiitake mushrooms and green onions, add an appropriate amount of MSG, 1 teaspoon sugar and salt, and stir-fry until the shiitake mushrooms change color;
Heat the water just over the shiitake mushrooms, turn on high heat to bring the water to a boil, then cover the pot and turn to medium heat and cook for 5 minutes;
At this time, you can marinate the beef, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt and sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of starch, appropriate amount of pepper, and then add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to increase the aroma, and stir well;
Set aside the mushrooms; wash the pot and heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil, add the marinated beef after the oil is hot, stir fry on high heat until the color changes;
After the beef changes color, push it to the side, first add the garlic slices and green onions, and sauté, not too long, and then add the shiitake mushrooms;
Then put 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt and sugar, appropriate amount of MSG, and then add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to increase the aroma, be sure to stir fry over high heat;
Add starch water to make a thick gorgon, and cook.
