Boiled Chicken Slices (Served with Soy Sauce Ginger Sauce or Ginger and Scallion Sauce)

Farm chicken Ginger, onion                    
Peanut oil, soy sauce, Salt to taste


How to make Boiled Chicken Slices


step 1

One light chicken (the chicken that is ready to lay the eggs is the best)
