Chilli Beef with Coriander Recipe
Prepare the ingredient.
Prepare the sauce: 1 spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, and appropriate amount of white pepper powder.
Put a little oil in the pot, heat the oil, add the onion, ginger and garlic to saute until fragrant, then pour in the pickled peppers and Bird Eye’s Chili and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add 1 tablespoon of salt and stir fry, then pour in the coriander stems, then pour in the sauce and stir fry, pour in the coriander leaves, stir fry a few times.
